Australian and International returns will be accepted within 10 business days from date of delivery.
Returns after this period will NOT be accepted.
We ONLY offer refunds and store credit to all international orders.
There is NO REFUND for sale items, unless deemed faulty. We will always happily exchange or offer store credit on sale items.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Step 1- We need to supply you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number, please fill out Salia JAC's Return's Form
Step 2- Our returns team will be in touch via email with your Returns Authorisation (RA) number and return address. Return postage costs and any duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer, we recommend sending your returns via a trackable method as Salia JAC takes no responsibility for lost or missing packages.
Please Note: Please allow 1-2 days to receive your RA number
Step 3- Once you have received your Returns Authorisation (RA) number please ensure your package is back to us within 7 days and international customers within 15 days. Please make sure your RA number is clearly marked on the front of your returns package, any returns that do not have a RA number or the number is not clearly marked will be returned to sender.
Step 4- A member of the returns team will be in contact with you via email once we have received your return, Please allow up to 5 days for your return to be processed.
IMPORTANT: All returned items MUST NOT have been worn, damaged, altered or washed and with their original tags still attached.
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Once your return has been processed you will be credited to the original method of payment minus the original shipping cost. Please allow up to 5 days for your refund to be processed, we will notify you via email once the refund is finalised.
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
Yes, we will always happily exchange or offer store credit on sale items. There is no refund for sale items, unless deemed faulty.

WHAT IF I USED A DISCOUNT CODE?
If a full price item was brought with a discount code it can still be returned, you will simply be refunded the full amount paid for the item at the time purchased. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment minus the original shipping cost
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Of course! On your returns form you are able to indicate if you would like an exchange or a refund. Please ensure you include the details of the item you would like to exchange for, including the Style Name, Colour and Size.
WHAT IF MY GARMENT IS FAULTY?
Here at Salia JAC, we take quality control very seriously and check over all garments prior to shipping. However, if you have received a faulty item please follow the return procedure and fill out the return form within 10 days of receiving your goods. At Salia JAC we believe in minimising wastage, when possible we will repair or replace faulty items, if this is not possible we will happily provide and refund on return.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM?
If you have received an item you did not order, please follow the return procedure and fill out the return form within 5 days of receiving your goods. So we can resolve this for you.
If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
